Join us as a Junior Project Manager & PMO Analyst in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E) Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading European market infrastructure? Euronext Clearing is seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join its Project Management team as an International Graduate (V.I.E). The position is based in Milan , starting in January 2027 for an initial duration of 12 months , which can be extended.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Support the delivery of strategic, business and change initiatives across Euronext Clearing.
- Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from business analysis and requirements gathering to implementation and handover.
- Coordinate project activities and collaborate with stakeholders across Trading, Clearing, Settlement and other Euronext functions.
- Monitor project progress, risks and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives.
PMO & Governance
- Produce project reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
- Support project planning, budget monitoring and resource tracking.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions and project communications.
Your profile:
- Eligible for the V.I.E programme according to Business France criteria.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Up to three years of professional experience in project management, consulting, financial services, business analysis or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), as English is our working language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn in
