Your role

We are looking for a Digital Transformation & Workplace Experience Intern who will join a dynamic and international environment,



contributing to strategic digital transformation projects across the company.

The Role Focuses On Two Key Areas
- Intelligent automation of administrative and legal processes
- Enhancement of Workplace Experience across company sites

Main Responsibilities

Digital Transformation (focus on AI & Process Automation)
- Support the development of a group‑wide PEC process automation project using digital tools and Artificial Intelligence.
- Analyze current workflows (receipt, classification, routing, archiving) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the definition of automated workflows and intelligent document routing logic.
- Support requirements gathering and coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, GBS) and external partners.
- Monitor performance KPIs and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Workplace Experience & Digital Services
