Implement and enforce overseas financial policies, accounting procedures, and internal control standards, ensuring full alignment with Group requirements.
Lead the regional budgeting process, monitor performance against targets, and provide variance analysis with actionable improvement recommendations.
Oversee local tax filings, compliance matters, and day-to-day communications with tax authorities; support the handling of tax audits and contribute to the development of a financial risk early‐warning mechanism.
Participate in the maintenance, enhancement, and local configuration of SAP and other financial systems.
Prepare regional financial statements, consolidation data, and various management reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission to headquarters.
Support annual audits, BOI audits, transfer pricing documentation, and other compliance‐related projects.
3. Treasury & Operational Support Execute cash flow planning, monitor local fund movements, and support cross‐border fund allocation activities.




Drive timely customer collections and manage overdue accounts receivable follow‐up.
Provide financial data analysis and professional input for regional investment or M&A; projects as needed.
4. Internal & External Collaboration Act as a finance business partner, collaborating closely with sales, supply chain, HR, and other functions to optimize business processes.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other professional service providers to maintain sound working relationships.
Qualifications: 1. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in an overseas finance management role within a manufacturing or multinational corporate environment. Experience in establishing or scaling up overseas finance functions is a plus.
Valid work authorization / local nationality required.
