ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer at CodeRoad, you will serve as a technical
anchor driving the evolution of an enterprise-grade Item Chain Management
platform. Working with a 70% Backend / 30% Frontend focus, you will architect,
build, and optimize high-throughput web applications and scalable microservices
powered by modern Java standards. You will collaborate closely with Software
Architects, Tech Leads, and Product Managers within agile PODs to transform
complex item-level data into real-time operational intelligence for global
retail and industrial leaders.
This role is critical to delivering low-latency, high-availability solutions
that manage the lifecycle of billions of unique product identities from source
to sale.
By owning end-to-end features—from designing resilient RESTful APIs
with modern Spring tooling to crafting responsive React frontends and deploying
through automated CI/CD pipelines—you will directly impact platform scalability,
system resilience, and high-value business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design and architect scalable, high-availability backend microservices using
Java 21, Spring, and Spring Boot, paired with robust relational databases
like Oracle PL/SQL and MySQL.
* Build and refine responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using
JavaScript (ES5/ES6), ReactJS, and legacy frameworks like ExtJS.
* Optimize and maintain system performance through low-latency API design, load
testing with JMeter, and proactive observability using New Relic and Splunk.
* Own end-to-end delivery by writing clean, highly testable code and leveraging
automated CI/CD pipelines built on Jenkins, D
