About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our Office Management team in Italy. In this role, you will manage procurement activities through Oracle Procurement, ensuring smooth operations across marketing initiatives, office services, and other business needs. You will collaborate closely with operational and accounting teams to guarantee timely receipt of goods and services and accurate vendor payments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sourcing activities and vendor information for marketing and office services.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs), receiving documentation,
and related data in Oracle based on approved budgets and operational requests.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely end-to-end sourcing through payment.
- Implement best practices and leverage technology in alignment with the Global Process Owner, including supplier onboarding and PO optimization.
- Support office management and other service-related procurement needs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in procurement or accounting roles.
- Experience in Oracle Procurement is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Full fluency in Italian and English.
- Familiarity with documenting processes and working with international teams.
- Full working rights in Italy.
