Job Overview

The Business Analyst Intern – Aftersales Planning supports the definition, monitoring and optimization of Aftersales commercial strategies. The role provides analytical insights and close collaboration with Fieldforce and cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven decision‑making, and it enhances planning processes.

Responsibilities
- Monitor Commercial Performance KPIs and generate insights
- Manage and automate daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Provide data‑driven support to Fieldforce during negotiations
- Develop dashboards and performance analyses to support decision‑making




- Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency
- Contribute to Market Commercial Policy definition and impact evaluation

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration or other related fields
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP BO is a plus
- Fluent in Italian
- English proficiency (B1 or higher)
- Analytical mindset
