Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:
We are looking for an HSE Manager to join our plant in Merlino & Legnano. Reporting directly to the Italy HSE manager and Plant Director, you will be based in Merlino (LO): You take over the management of Health, Safety, and Environmental protection (HSE) at our site and supervise by persona the Legnano (MI) site for all HSE aspects (availability to travel weekly to the site). Safety is at the center of everything we do, and our "Zero & Beyond" mission aims at building a culture of prevention that integrates safety, health, and well-being, at work and beyond.
You will support our organization in realizing and maintaining our ambitious safety vision.
We will offer you a very challenging position as the Merlino and Legnano plants are growing which also requires a further step-up on the safety culture. You can make a significant impact on the health and safety of our employees.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Compliance – our license to operate: ensure implementation and compliance with (legal) requirements, ISO standards 14001/45001/50001, internal standards, and (environmental) permits.
- Safety Culture Zero & Beyond: establish and implement actions to comply with the company programs aimed at nurturing an open health and safety culture throughout the entire organization. Drive and ensure execution of actions aimed at improving the maturity level of the company in all roles and areas and be a leading example.
