We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Attorney to join our Legal team and support our growing software business across Europe. This role will serve as a trusted legal advisor on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, partnering closely with business, sales, product, and finance teams to enable growth while managing legal risk.
The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with high-volume contract environments, cross-border sales operations,
and the legal frameworks governing software.
What You Will Do Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including master service agreements, SaaS and software license agreements, professional services agreements, NDAs, and enterprise customer contracts across U.S. and international markets.
Serve as legal partner to the global Sales team, providing rapid and practical guidance on contract terms, deal structures, customer escalations, and standard company positions to support a large and diverse customer base.
Ensure GT’s commercial contracting practices remain in compliance with applicable federal and state contract law, relevant international trade, export control, privacy, and data protection regulations.
Identify, assess, and advise business stakeholders on contractual risk and legal exposure arising from commercial transactions, including indemnification obligations, limitation of liability clauses, IP
