Rome Business School (Italy) is hiring a Digital Performance Specialist.

Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee lead generation and conversion through digital advertising campaigns primarily on search engines (Google, Bing), social media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and specialized education portals.
Coordinate and manage online advertising campaigns aligned with the school’s objectives and performance targets.
Monitor KPIs such as traffic, LTR, lead volume, CPL, investment, conversion to enrollment, and profitability.
