Title: Addetto/a Vendita Tempo parziale (Chocolate Advisor)
Location: Lindt Store Mantova Village, Italy. Work Hours: 24 hours per week (part‑time).
Responsibilities Assist clients in a unique shopping experience, understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products.
Assist clients in a tasting experience through the products offered in the corner bar and gelateria.
Use company documentation and training resources to stay updated on product characteristics and deepen knowledge of chocolate.
Qualifications High‑school diploma or university degree.
Preferable previous experience, even brief, in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Customer orientation and focus on results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team working ability.
Professional appearance.




Availability during weekends and holidays.
Contract and Compensation Contract type: subordinated fixed‑term contract, level 5 CCNL Commercio, Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
Salary: Annual gross salary (RAL) at level 5, prorated for part‑time. Additional components include meal vouchers and company chocolate gifts.
