Are you ready to shape the future of planning in the Consumer Goods and Retail industry? We’re expanding our local expertise and looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects focused on Business Integrated Planning , with a strong emphasis on the Anaplan Planning Solution.
Location: Milan – Missori (hybrid work model)
What will you do?
Lead and contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle—from conceptual design to successful implementation.
Analyze and define functional requirements across key planning processes: Budgeting, Sales Forecasting, Supply & Production Planning, Distribution Planning, and Consolidation.
Ensure the quality and consistency of both technical and functional deliverables.
Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering their growth through hands‑on training and technical leadership.
Work primarily on projects within the High Fashion sector, collaborating with top‑tier brands.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
A Master’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent), preferably from a top‑tier university or business school.
2–5 years of experience in leading consulting firms or in planning functions (Supply Chain or Financial Planning) within major Consumer Goods or Retail Fashion companies.
Hands‑on experience with Anaplan (experience with similar planning platforms such as Board is also highly valued), including technical solution delivery.
Solid understanding of planning processes across Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.
Interest in the Consumer Goods and Retail industry.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
A quantitative mindset and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (knowledge of other European lang
