We are looking for a Sales Expert – Contract Logistics to join our Business Development team based at our Head Office – Assago (MI).
Reporting to the Contract Logistics Business Development Function you will play a key role in driving business growth across the Italian market by identifying, developing, and converting new Contract Logistics opportunities. You will own and manage a robust commercial pipeline, ensuring its quality, accuracy, and conversion while focusing on profitable and strategic business development.
This is a highly consultative sales role that requires a deep understanding of Contract Logistics solutions, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to engage customers at different organizational levels. Working closely with Solution Design, Operations, Engineering, Tender Management and other cross‑functional teams,



you will develop tailored value propositions that address customers’ supply chain challenges and position CEVA as the preferred logistics partner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives and expand CEVA's Contract Logistics customer portfolio.
Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities, building and maintaining a sustainable commercial pipeline.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation, solution development, proposal presentation and contract closure.
Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing customers, acting as a strategic advisor for their supply chain and logistics needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Solution Design, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Legal to develop competitive and i
