HSE Manager / RSPP – ACEF, Fiorenzuola D’Arda, Italy.
Position Summary Responsible for managing occupational health, safety, and environmental processes according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Legislative Decree 81/08.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on site.
Conduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processes.
Promote a culture of health, safety, and environment across the site.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields) or an equivalent diploma.
At least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industry.
Training in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08.
Good command of English preferred.




Proactive, analytical, and strong communication skills.
