Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will drive procurement within HR Services, Marketing and Professional Services, executing strategy and optimizing supplier performance. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value, manage sourcing events, and negotiate agreements with key suppliers. The position supports ABB’s global procurement function, contributing to cost-out initiatives and process improvements. You will join a collaborative, international team focused on shaping the future of corporate procurement and delivering measurable impact.

- Execute the procurement strategy in alignment with the category team and business stakeholders
- Conduct purchasing activities based on needs, specifications, price, delivery, and terms
- Manage ABB-approved suppliers and monitor performance for quality, compliance, and value
- Provide market insights, evaluate bids, and negotiate supplier agreements




- Ensure sourcing events use appropriate eSourcing tools and maintain supplier master data
- Identify and qualify new suppliers with internal stakeholders to support business needs
- Initiate and implement cost-out and optimization initiatives to meet financial targets
- Coordinate procurement orders and deliveries, maintaining reports and documentation in systems
- 5 years of procurement experience, preferably indirect services in HR, Marketing, or Professional Services
- Strong negotiation skills with analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across seniority levels
- Team player who can also work independently
- Comfort with legal and contractual terms
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proactive team contributor and adaptable to new situations
