Almost Real is seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead the next generation of XR platform for the defense sector. This is a CTO-level role with full remote work, equity options, and a chance to shape architecture and product strategy.
You will code directly using Unity and Unreal Engine, guide a specialized XR team, and decide when to scale the team with hires, freelancers, or partners as the project evolves.
