Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility services, including maintenance, safety, and compliance, while ensuring a functional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of facilities management best practices.
Your Impact
- Ensure the proper functioning of Technogym Village, including workstations and all technological and technical systems at operational sites in Italy, and supervise remote locations such as branches and plants.
- Manage energy supplies, purchasing them under the best market conditions.
- Coordinate and manage routine and extraordinary maintenance activities at Technogym Village, ensuring system efficiency and a functional, respectable workplace for guests and collaborators.
- Oversee cleaning, gardening, and all general services.
