What will you do day-to-day? Manage the activities of obtaining RTB - ready to build - status for late-stage projects (VIA and AU obtained). Ensure all necessary permissions and permissions up to ready-to-build status.
In particular: Vd O (Verifica di ottemperanza) and all the required Secondary Authorizations. Manage co-development contracts and relationships with external developers or external engineering companies to ensure timely and budget-friendly deliveries, while adhering to company guidelines and policies. Manage relationships with stakeholders: Public Authorities, Landowners, Grid operators, etc. Discussion and agreement of technical and commercial specifics internally. Monitor project delivery times and implement best practices. Create and maintain project reporting. Ensure a structured documentation archive. Collaborate with internal functions (Legal, Controlling, Engineering, Interconnection, Construction etc.) in order to successfully develop the assigned projects and in accordance with group procedures and guidelines.
