Join our Environment and Health Department as our new EHS Consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new EHS Consultant you must have 2-3 years' experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services as a broad area, with specific focus on Health & Safety compliance and due diligence work in the M&A; sector with emphasis on EHS assessment, planning and strategy.Candidates can work in fully hybrid working pattern from our Rome or Milan office in line with our flexible working policy.Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due DiligenceExecution of EHS compliance auditsExecution of H&S; Risk Assessments and review of H&S; PlanExecution of ESG reviewTaking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g.
negotiation, communication, strategic vision)
