For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB) we are seeking a committed and proactive:Sales Manager Service Divisionworldwide leader in reciprocating compressor is looking for young resource with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferable rotating equipment.

The position is part of Service Division with the objective to push and support the business development and the growth of the organization with new customers and increasing service portfolio.the main task will be specially:Responsible for implementing & developing sales objectives and strategies of SERVICE in ItalyEstablish smooth sales working standard and procedures according to BC requirements as well as customers' requirementsOriented to sales to achieve the BC agreed sales budget for the country and for the Region.Marketing activities with EPC, End Customer,
Licensee.Identification of market drives and opportunities.Identification of competitorsEvaluation of customer operating condition and customer specification,Identification of the required scope of supply.Arrangement of the technical documentation needed to describe the offered scopeCandidate Profile:5-10 years of experience in similar role and similar markets (preferably reciprocating compressor)Bachelor / Master engineering degreeFull understanding of maintenance / repair jobKnowledge of the SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA) system English
