IC Resources is assisting an innovative semiconductor company in Milan, Italy, to hire an Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Lead. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with ownership of silicon development from concept to production in a hybrid work model.
You will guide architecture and tape-outs, oversee verification, sign-off, bring-up and characterization, and collaborate with foundries, EDA partners and suppliers to deliver high-performance mixed-signal solutions.
