Ferrero in Alba, Italy seeks a National Field Sales Manager to lead and coordinate field sales agencies, driving brand performance and perfect store execution across the territory. You will report to the country sales manager and trade marketing manager in a matrix structure, overseeing performance of outsourced agencies including PFM to meet national targets.
You will align field activities with Ferrero’s sales policies, develop field teams, and collaborate on national promotional campaigns.
