Job Overview
We are currently sourcing candidates for an exclusive Italian Speaking Customer Experts for Dyson position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-end support for Dyson’s innovative consumer electronics portfolio via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist Italian-speaking clients with technical troubleshooting, product advice, and after-sales service.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Dyson technology to provide premium, solution-oriented guidance.
- Build strong rapport with customers,



ensuring every interaction reflects Dyson’s premium brand standards.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding product warranties, repair services, and order tracking.
- Collaborate with the global team to ensure seamless service delivery and high satisfaction metrics.
- Navigate complex consumer electronics systems to provide accurate data and documentation for every case.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Passion for consumer electronics and modern technology trends.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering a luxury customer experience.
- Professional proficiency in English for internal communication and training purposes.
- Previous experience in high-end customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
