Role Overview – Junior Financial Controller As a Junior Controller, you will support the finance team in various tasks, such as preparing financial reports, performance analysis, and cost control. Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual finance reports. Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Support the improvement and streamlining of controlling processes and workflows to enhance efficiency. Contribute to the analysis of performance between the budget, identifying discrepancies and gaps. Collaborate with both Holding and Portfolio companies to ensure effective information flow and support our business growth, and operational development.
Establish strong collaboration with the Project Managers of the portfolio, serving as a key point of contact for financial metrics related to our startups. Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. Language skills: English C1. Skills: Proficiency in Excel. Collaborative and smart environment to work and learn. Flexible working policy. Gross annual salary € 35.000 - € 40.000. Rome office (hybrid).
