Ensure reliable operation of connected homogenizers through proactive monitoring and performance optimization Analyze critical incidents and identify root causes to improve machine reliability Translate machine and process expertise into scalable digital solutions (monitoring concepts, diagnostic logic, data-driven features) Contribute to digital product improvement through data-driven insights Collaborate with service engineers, product teams, and data specialists Develop best practices (troubleshooting,
diagnostics, knowledge base) to scale expertise Support internal teams and customers in using digital tools for proactive maintenance Your Profile / Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar Several years of hands-on experience in industrial service, commissioning, troubleshooting, or maintenance of complex machinery Strong understanding of machine behavior, failure modes, and customer operations in industrial environments, with the ability to analyze technical issues holistically and identify root causes Experience in interpreting machine data, operational parameters, and system behavior, combined with the ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical documentation and drawings Experience with high-pressure process equipment such as homogenizers is a strong advantage Affinity for digital tools, data analysis, and remote service envi
