- Deliver personalized support to VIP customers, addressing their inquiries via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Respond to complex inquiries and resolve issues swiftly, demonstrating your expertise and dedication.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively to ensure continuity of service.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective resolutions and enhance the client experience.




- Proactively identify areas for improvement in service delivery and suggest changes to processes.
- Stay informed about the latest products and services to provide accurate and relevant information.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience in customer support roles, preferably with VIP clientele.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
