Firmware Engineer
Job Overview
We are looking for a Firmware Engineer to join our Product Development team in Modena.
Main responsibilities:
Control loop simulation and design (plant modeling, control system strategy, …)
Microcontroller programming in C and MISRA-C compliant
Development of diagnostic stack based on UDS
Knowledge of debugging systems Reports To
The Firmware Engineer will join the Product Development team and report directly to the Head of Engineering.

Master’s degree in mechatronic / electronic engineering with high final marks
Recent graduate with significant thesis or internship in the field of firmware or embedded systems
Good knowledge of Can Analyzer and Candela Studio
Use of GIT
C, C++ (nice to have)
Good knowledge of mcu peripherals such as: TIMER, PWM, ADC, DMA, SPI, I2C, LIN & UART, CAN ...
Native level of Italian and good English (B1 or higher)
Microcontroller fundamentals
Microcontroller specific IDE
Microcode Programming fundamentals
