Your Role
We are looking for a proactive, creative,



and curious Manufacturing Engineer Specialist with mechanical and automation competences to join our Process Engineering team at Technogym HQ (Cesena, Italy). In this role you will work on new product development in order to define production equipment and on multifunctional projects for the technology evolution of manufacturing process. In our Operations Team we emphasize innovation, passion for technology, lean production methodologies and design for manufacturing so as to be on the cutting edge. Your Impact
- Design and implement equipments for assembly process
- Define specifications, validate concept and project
- Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progresses
- Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, and costs;

- Improve and define new technical standards;
