General Description of the Role
We are seeking a smart, experienced, and self-motivated attorney to serve as an in-house partner to Campari's commercial/sales, channel marketing, and brand marketing teams, providing day-to-day legal counsel across a broad portfolio of alcoholic beverages. In addition to commercial support,



the attorney will be the owner of a compliance portfolio spanning data privacy, antitrust, anti-corruption, and trade practices, ensuring the Company operates with integrity and manages risk proactively. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of legal rigor and commercial pragmatism, is comfortable advising senior stakeholders under deadline, and brings genuine enthusiasm for the distilled spirits industry. Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Serve as the legal lead of Campari’s compliance program in the US with a focus on the following pillars:
- Anti-Corruption & Ethics
- Antitrust & Competition law
- Data Privacy and Information Security
- Trade Practices & Regulatory Compliance
- Support the Sales, Marketing, and Channel & Customer Marketing teams for most of their legal needs, providing day-to-day advice on a wide variety of topics.
