As HRBP intern you will experience what means to support the HR manager in is daily activities in order to learn and became independent. Main responsibilities:
- HR Analytics;
- Recruiting and training activities for blu collar according to plant needs;
- CV Screening and keeping relationship with work agency
- Scheduling of training activities for blu collar;
- Partnership with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization.
