Purpose of the position: As Automation & Control System Engineer, you will respond to the SMAUT Department and be part of the ENCAR division. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Working within the project team as Automation Specialist leading the detail design, vendor deliverables follow-up, testing and commissioning of automation systems like DCS, ESD, F&G;, CCS, MMS, RTU and SCADA.
- Read, analyse,
review and mechanize P&IDs.; Develop and review Block Diagrams, Control Narratives, Sequence Flow Charts, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Logic Diagrams, Instrument Loop Diagrams.
- Populate and maintain Project Control Systems I/Os Databases.
- Properly interpret and apply codes & standards and customer design requirements, for the preparation of complete set of Control Systems design deliverables (like specifications, material requisition, architecture, etc.).
- Attend and perform Control Systems FAT/IFAT and SAT.
- Interact with Client representatives, Vendors, Subcontractors for technical topics and review Control Systems Vendor Functional Design Specifications, Drawings, Procedures, Manuals to ensure their technical compliance.
- In bids project, support the proposal team in preparing man-hours estimation and relevant activities for proposals as required.
