YOUR OPPORTUNITY

In Deloitte Legal you will have the opportunity to explore the future of legal services in an international and multidisciplinary environment, where new ideas find fertile ground and the possibilities for growth are endless. You will work in the Corporate Compliance ESG team at our Milan office.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Assistance in the design,



development and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs for companies and corporate groups, including multinational ones (health and safety in the workplace, food compliance, Anticorruption, environmental compliance, Whistleblowing);
- Implementation and updating of Ethical Codes and Organizational Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and support to the activities of the Supervisory Body;
- Design and implementation of delegation and power of attorney systems;
- Opinions and due diligence in Corporate Compliance and ESG matters;
- ESG projects, including ESG Governance, ESG Business Conduct, transformation into benefit corporations, ESG certifications, sustainable supply chain and ESG training.

Our Requirements
- A master's degree in law;
- Desire to undertake or already undertaken legal practice in Corporate Compliance;
- Strong interest in the subject;
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level);
- Teamwork attitude, strong interp
