Within the Investment Planning and Performance Monitoring team, we are looking for a Investment Planning and Performance monitoring specialist who will play a key role in steering investment planning processes across the Group,
enhancing performance monitoring capabilities and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis of investment and IFRS results.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Coordinate annual and multi-year investment planning processes across Group insurance entities
- Liaise with Group Finance and local Investment and Finance departments to ensure alignment of planning assumptions and targets
- Monitor investment performance vs official benchmark assessing their contribution to IFRS investment results
- Monitor investment performance and Asset-Liability dynamics, assessing their contribution to IFRS investment results
- Analyze key business and financial drivers and identify performance trends and deviations
- Monitor investment KPIs
- Prepare regular management reporting on investment performance
- Deliver meaningful business insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Develop and enhance planning and performance monitoring tools
