Arbatax Park Resort & Spa managed by Falkensteiner

Your Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the entire employee life cycle – from recruiting and onboarding to development and offboarding
- Advising and supporting managers in all HR-related topics
- Ensuring professional HR processes and standards across the resort
- Preparation and administration of employment contracts and all HR-related documentation
- Ensuring full compliance with Italian labour law and internal policies
- Managing and driving recruiting activities in close cooperation with the departments
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention
- Acting as a trusted contact person for employees regarding all HR-related matters
