Mission
You play a key role in our mission to treat cancer patients.
As a Service Engineer, you will work on advanced medical devices and proton therapy systems, supporting clinical operations and ensuring optimal performance of cutting-edge technology.
Based on-site in Praha, you will be part of a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous improvement of complex systems with a specific focus on electronic and electrical systems

Challenges we trust you with
As a service engineer, you are responsible for:
Maintaining and troubleshooting the equipment Operating the system and providing technical support to the medical staff during patient treatment and clinical operations Ensuring the client requirements are met in term of technical performance, timing and safety Training customers Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (shift work) Upgrading and improving the system in collaboration with the R&D; (Research and Development) department
What we value
You have:




A Master degree in engineering (electronics or electric is an asset) or relevant experience. A first experience in electronics/electrical system troubleshooting, mechanical system design and repair, and operations of large systems, as well as experience with different tools like cooling systems, vacuum systems, PLC´s regulation loops Programmable Logic Controller), drivers, sensors, electric motors positioning equipment, high and low voltage equipment The ability to troubleshoot large systems issues Willing to work rotating shifts during the week, saturday (between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM) and weekends (average one weekends per month, with time off during the week) Knowledge of local EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations

Customer-oriented Driven, proactive and hands-on person Able to follow rules & regulations and you able to deliver on strict deadlines Analytical, able to identify root cause of issue
