Electromechanical Products Assembly Operator
Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be placed within the Production Department, in a highly technological and dynamic environment.
Our priority is to ensure customers receive reliable, high-performance applications that meet the highest quality standards required by a continuously evolving market.
The role, within the precision measurement sector for mechanical components, involves:
- Assembly of electronic boards
- Assembly of electromechanical equipment
- Collaboration in production activities in compliance with company quality standards

Requirements

The ideal candidate has:
- Good manual dexterity and precision
- Basic IT skills (use of PC and standard tools)
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks





The following are considered a plus:
- Experience in the use of adhesives for bonding
- Skills in micromechanical assembly
- Experience in electrical cable wiring
- Soldering skills (SMD and PTH components)
- Ability to read assembly and wiring diagrams

This position is open to candidates of any gender (Italian Law 903/77)
Compensation and benefits
The candidate will be hired in accordance with salary transparency regulations (italian law D.Lgs. 96/2026) and based on their actual experience in the field, with a total annual compensation ranging between €30,000 to €32,500
