The Information Management Digitalization Tools team is part of a global department (40+ members across Europe and Vietnam) acting as an internal IT service provider for the IM Data Factory. The team delivers IT solutions to support the capturing, standardization, transformation, and processing of vehicle-related technical data, with a focus on process optimization and reducing manual effort.
The Lead IM Digitalization Tools leads a team of approximately 8–10 direct reports, including roles such as Project Manager / Product Owner, Software Developer, QA Engineer, Data Engineer, and DevOps Engineer.
The position holder reports directly to the VP IM Digitalization Tools and holds global responsibility,
with accountability for strategic decision-making that shapes team direction and performance. It drives improvements in departmental performance and compliance while owning functional outcomes and delivering business-critical results.

- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with various stakeholders like product owners, development teams or the VP, promoting cooperation, commitment and performance across projects and departments to achieve product and business goals.
