Define action plans in order to improve factories efficiency. Interact with other functions in HQ, region and factory levels to design process improvement projects. Ensure methodology standardization used by all factories, such as Kaizen Event, Value Stream Mapping, OEE, Standard Minutes, Six sigma, A3 Problem Solving, DEMAIC, PKE, Standard operational Procedure, Pirelli Operating Steering System; Idea System, Project Capitano, Standard work and others.
