Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our engineering organization and play a key role in shaping the architecture, scalability, and long-term evolution of our platform.As a Staff Engineer at Nozomi Networks, you will operate at both a technical leadership and hands-on engineering level, driving complex initiatives across teams while setting a high bar for engineering excellence.

You will own critical areas of the system,

In this role you will: Lead the design and evolution of distributed systems that power our OT/IoT cybersecurity platformDrive architecture decisions with a long-term perspective on scalability, performance, and maintainabilityOwn cross-team initiatives, aligning engineering efforts with product and business prioritiesIdentify and systematically reduce technical debt, improving system reliability and developer productivityAct as a technical multiplier, mentoring engineers and raising the bar on design, code quality, and operation
