About The Role
The primary function for the Mechanical Maintenance Operator is to carry out repairs and troubleshooting on machine tool systems, manufacturing machinery and equipment. You will report to Technical Services Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance checks on the systems, complete the relevant inspection records, and provide support to external maintenance contractors;
- Ensure the necessary assistance to guarantee continuity of operations;
- Perform all minor mechanical and pneumatic repairs or maintenance;
- Complete and manage inspection records and communicate with coordinators when support is required;




- Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).

Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational School Certificate with a focus on Mechanical studies;
- Previous experience in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance in industrial environments (min. 3 years);
- Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings;
- Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, Saturday work on a rotating basis;
- Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €29.100 to €37.000.
