TMC Italy is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and be part of groundbreaking projects in the automotive world.
About this vacancy
Manage cross-functional team meetings, adapting to project phases
Process and track anomalies in company database
Monitor project progress and provide reports to management
Participate actively in technical project meetings
Support identification and resolution of anomaly root causes
Ensure the application of company methodologies for problem analysis and resolution.
What we expect from you
MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on vehicle engineering
Ability to read technical drawings and bills of materials
Capability to prepare presentations and technical reports
Fluency in Italian and English
2+ years of professional experience
Availability for occasional short business trips.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €36.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL)
for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
