STMicroelectronics is seeking a Process Engineer to drive the SiC technology ramp-up at our new mass-production fab in Catania, Europe’s first for SiC substrates in volume. You will define process flows, recipes, and ensure high quality in the finishing module.
Collaborate with global teams, qualify production tools, train operators, and contribute to yield enhancement and industrialization in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
