Nilufar, an international company operating in the collectible design sector, is looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join its team.

The successful candidate will support the Logistics Manager in the day-to-day management of logistics operations involving furniture and design objects. The role will contribute to the organisation of domestic and international shipments and ensure the accurate management of logistics information flows.

Key Responsibilities

Entering and updating sales and purchase orders in the company’s management system.

Supporting the preparation and management of shipping documentation.

Preparing and checking packing lists, transport documents and commercial documentation.

Assisting with the organisation of collections and deliveries in coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners.

Monitoring shipment status and keeping the relevant information up to date.

Collecting and verifying the information required for shipments, including dimensions, weights, addresses and documentation.





Supporting logistics activities related to trade fairs, exhibitions and events.

Filing and organising logistics documentation.

Requirements

Previous experience, even at an entry level, in logistics, shipping or operational coordination.

Accuracy, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A structured approach to work and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good command of English.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence in using company management systems.

Additional Skills and Qualities

A proactive and collaborative attitude.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.

Good knowledge of and interest in the design industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Logistics team, gaining experience in international shipping, customs procedures and the handling of collectible design pieces and works of art.
