Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major data centre development in Milan, Italy.
The MEP Quantity Surveyor will manage the commercial aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, ensuring financial control, contract compliance, and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
