As Learning & Development Manager, you'll inspire a culture of continuous growth, driving learning,



performance and talent development across the hotel. Partnering with leaders at every level, you'll create impactful development experiences that empower colleagues, strengthen leadership capability and support exceptional guest experiences.

As Learning & Development Manager, you willresponsiblefor the following duties

Champion a culture of learning, growth and excellence by bringing Mandarin Oriental's vision, values and service philosophy to life across the hotel.

Design and deliver an engaging learning and development pre / post‑opening strategy that supports business priorities, colleague growth and exceptional guest experiences.

Partner with senior leaders to identify talent, build succession pipelines and support performance and career development across all levels.
