We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Greater Europe Commercial team and support a portfolio of strategic customers across the region.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal technical teams to conduct regular system health reviews, review system performance, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

You will help customers optimize their operations while ensuring they continue to realize long-term value from their AutoStore solutions.

This is a relationship-driven role with a strong technical and operational focus, where stakeholder management, data-driven discussions, and cross-functional collaboration are key to success.Customer Success: Build long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders,
