The tax and legal experts at KPMG Studio Associato provide assistance in all the key tax and corporate law areas, offering innovative, integrated services.In particular, by joining the Deal Advisory M&A; Tax Team of our Milan office, you will help support clients in addressing challenges related to key areas of taxation. You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency, and corporate governanceSpecifically you will be tasked with:Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers,
demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc);Corporate restructuring;Analyses of the treatment of extraordinary transactions according to national accounting standards (OIC) and international ones (IAS/IFRS);National and International tax opinions;Applications for tax rulings;Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP).You will be involved in national and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field.Come As You Are
