With a commercial, structured and highly collaborative approach, you'll own our relationship with Stripe and turn our payments strategy into real, measurable growth.You will be responsible for:Payments strategy & commercial ownership:



Own and lead Treatwell's European payments strategy across card machines, online payments, transaction fees, Tap to Pay, capital and future financial products, defining the commercial roadmap, pricing and growth priorities.Strategic partner management: Own Treatwell's strategic relationship with Stripe at a European level, acting as the senior commercial point of contact and leading joint planning, reviews and escalations.Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Product, Supply, Finance, Operations, Legal and local market teams to embed payments into acquisition, onboarding, account management and retention.Strategy into execution: Translate strategy into clear execution plans with owners, timelines and KPIs, proactively removing blockers and driving accountability across teams that don't report directly into the role.Growth & optimisation: Drive adoption, transaction volume, wallet share,
