- Levissima Plant / Cepina (SO)Permanent contract (full-time)At least 5-7 years of experience in Quality roles, with demonstrated capability to lead a team in complex environments and management exposure to several functionsDegree in microbiology, chemistry, food science technology, food engineering or related fieldsNestlé welcomes people with disabilitiesFluent in both Italian and EnglishCompensation package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, livello Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary: 60.000,00 + 10% annual bonus based on company performancePosition SummaryIn this role, as a Factory Quality Manager, you will:Act as a catalyst and pathfinder, partnering with other functions to ensure trust and consumer preference improvements through appropriate actions and resources;Develop autonomy, empower and engage people to build a high-performing organization that drives standards and continuous improvement,



with the aim of being best in class;Ensure that products are released on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements;Challenge other functions to drive and ensure right-first-time execution, product defect elimination, proper risk management and risk-based decision-making, as well as continuous improvement; you will also be the guardian of food safety and compliance at the factory, providing leadership and support in achieving business objectives.You will report to the Factory Manager and manage a team of 10 people.A day in the life of a Factory Quality Manager-Assure Food Safety and Compliance:Responsible for adherence to all Company Quality principles and policies, as well as local laws and regulations;Responsible for compliance with food safety and external requirements (national and international);Responsible for ensuring that factory food safety management systems and HACCP program
