About The Role

Softengine is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel new business pipeline for our Account Executive team. You'll own top-of-funnel activity — researching and mapping target accounts, running outbound prospecting campaigns, and setting qualified meetings — across Softengine's SAP Business One and Acumatica ERP portfolio and strategic industry verticals (e.g.: food & beverage, manufacturing, distribution, construction, field service). This is a great fit for someone early in their tech sales career who wants to build a foundation in complex B2B selling,



with a clear growth path toward an Account Executive role.

What You'll Do

Partner with assigned Account Executives to build and execute account plans and territory maps for target accounts within Softengine's ideal customer profile.
Research and map target accounts — identifying key stakeholders (e.g.: CFO, owners, Operations and IT leaders), org structure, and buying signals.
Run multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns — cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn/social outreach — to generate net-new pipeline.
Qualify inbound leads and outbound responses against ICP and qualification criteria before handing off to Account Executives.
Schedule and hand off qualified discovery calls and demos to AEs, with clean, detailed handoff notes.
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account data in the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up, content offers, and lead-scoring feedback.
