Role Description




We are seeking a professional and personable Bartender for a full-time, on-site position at Caffetteria Palazzo Avignonesi in Montepulciano. The successful candidate will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, coffee-based drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the high service standards of the San Bartolomeo di Caselle Hospitality Group.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests and providing attentive, professional service
Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages
Presenting local wines and products confidently to Italian and international guests
Taking orders and managing cash and electronic payments accurately
Setting up and maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management
Following hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service procedures
Collaborating with colleagues across the
